Also called the Symbolum Nicaeno-Constantinopolitanum, this "symbol of faith for Orthodox Christians" has yet to be surpassed in its simplicity, beauty, majesty, and clarity. Because of its use of the first person as a Baptismal creed or for those wishing to enter the Orthodox Communion as adults, I shall include it in the first person: Here I stand. This I believe.
